These Terms of Service govern your use of the Corazón De Oro Apparel, LLC website and any orders placed through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may decline, cancel, or limit any order, including orders with pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete information.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation or begin production.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a deposit or invoice arrangement has been agreed to in writing. Deposits for custom work are applied to the final balance and are non refundable once production begins.

Custom Embroidery & Personalization

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all customization details, including spelling, names, titles, credentials, logo placement, thread colors, and sizing.

Once production has begun, custom, embroidered, and personalized orders cannot be changed or cancelled and are final sale.

Embroidered results may vary slightly from digital mockups due to thread, fabric, stitch density, and garment differences. Minor variation is normal and is not a defect.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, names, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us the right to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You agree that we are not responsible for any third party claims arising from artwork you submit. We may decline any artwork request at our discretion.

All site content, brand names, logos, emblems, and designs owned by Corazón De Oro Apparel, LLC may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines, processing times, and delivery responsibility are described in our Shipping & Processing Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and final sale terms are described in our Refund & Exchange Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these terms.

Product Descriptions & Colors

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting, and product specifications may change without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, infringing, or offensive content
